Here’s what our Students say…
Really good two days. 10 out of 10 both working at heights and confined space.
I will be recommending them to all that is looking up skill themselves.
Completed working at heights course. Was easy to follow and understand. The trainer was very helpful and fielded any questions. There was the perfect amount of practical and theory. Would recommend.
Did my working at Heights and Confined Space Entry with Sam and the team at Pro lift Training in Cairns and gained awesome knowledge and met some top blokes at the same time. I will be back in the future for more tickets and recommend them as they have a lot of experience with awesome hospitality.
We always use Pro-Lift to train our guys as they offer top quality and thorough professional training and take pride in their work. Our boys have completed their Working at Heights, Basic and Advanced Scaffolding tickets with them and they all thoroughly enjoyed the courses and found all of the staff very helpful.
Overview
RIIWHS204E – Work safely at heights
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to work safely at heights in the resources and infrastructure industries.
It applies to those working in operational roles. They generally work under supervision to undertake a prescribed range of functions involving known routines and procedures and take responsibility for the quality of work outcomes.
Licensing, legislative and certification requirements that apply to this unit can vary between states, territories and industry sectors. Users must check requirements with relevant body before applying the unit.
Note: The terms Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Work Health and Safety (WHS) are equivalent and generally either can be used in the workplace. In jurisdictions where the National Model WHS Legislation has not been implemented RTOs are advised to contextualise the unit of competency by referring to the existing State/Territory OHS legislative requirements.
